Located on a newer section of beautiful Norris Lake at Big Creek 4. Water front property 50 miles north of Knoxville,Tennessee. Water all year! 1600 square foot cabin with 4 bedrooms and two baths. Good bargain from private owner. Two Bedrooms on main level, one with a queen size bed and one with a full size bunk bed (twin size on top). Lower level bedrooms have queen size beds. One room doubles as a laundry room. Satellite TV. NO SMOKING No Pets

Easy access to lake and 16' x 18' swim platform attached to a 18'x32' covered boat dock. Two full baths, one on each level. 10' x 30' upper deck with view of lake. Recreation room in lower level has a ping pong table. Televison with DVD/VCR. Eat in kitchen with all appliances. Washer and dryer, gas grill.

Short lake access to marinas, and restaurants.

Additional Ammenities: Fast access to lake and swimming. On Big Creek 4 where there are newer homes and good water for tubing. Dive off the dock and enjoy the waters of Norris Lake. Original owner. Reasonable rates. Cottage in good condition. Come enjoy the fun!

Like most cottages on Norris Lake, sheets and towels should be brought with you, although there is a set in the cottage in case you forget. Clean-up is your responsibility at the end of the week. No maid service.

Trash service included.
