For shared use: indoor pool angular (6 x 10 m, pool opening hours: 07:30-21:00 and 15:00-21:00). Shower/WC in the pool area, paddling pool, children's playground. In the house: sauna (extra). Central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Communal covered parking. Grocers, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop "Talstation Postauto" 50 m, railway station "Chur" 25 km.
