Outdoors: Outdoors: Orchard?s outdoor living is where the fun begins. Relax and enjoy the large saltwater pool & spa with tanning shelf. Like your own private resort, the pool is surrounded by 12 lounge chairs and side tables so everyone has a place to kick back. The outdoor kitchen has a built in Viking BBQ, TV, sink, cooler. Lots of dining and seating options at the 6 person dining table, 6 bar stools, 4 person conversation area, 2 person bistro table and firepit table with 4 comfy chairs. 

Orchard also has tons of sporting opportunities! Foosball & ping pong tables and a beautiful sport court. Raise the net for volleyball and badminton or keep it low for pickleball and mini tennis. Or remove the net and play some basketball. The night lighting comes on automatically for fun and relaxation whether during the day or night. All this is surrounded by cool turf areas, colorful flowers and the mountain views at Orchard.

Indoors: The interior is absolutely gorgeous with dark wood floors and trim, a stunning entry chandelier, designer furnishings and large windows letting in plenty of desert sun. The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen has slab granite counters, double islands, 5-burner gas cook-top, double ovens, microwave & dishwasher. Be sure to fire up the commercial waffle maker for breakfast one morning! Kitchen table seating for 6 and the island bar has seating for 3. The stunning formal dining room has seating for 8 with a butler?s pantry separating it from the kitchen. Total indoor/outdoor dining seating: 20+.

Great Room amenities include a beautiful gas fireplace, 66? HDTV, Blueray, Wii, Bose sound dock, board games and comfortable leather seating. The formal Living Room has comfortable seating, views of the mountains and a lovely gas fireplace.

Bedroom Descriptions: The luxurious upstairs Master Suite features a King-size bed with super premium mattress, HDTV, ceiling fan, alcove with sofabed and french doors to a beautiful private balcony with mountain views. Master bath area has an oversize tiled shower, soaking tub, separate commode, dual vanities and a huge walk in closet. 

Suite 2 is upstairs and features a King bed, HDTV, private en suite bath with sink, toilet and combo tub & shower and large reach in closet. Bedroom 3 & 4 are upstairs and both feature a King bed, HDTV, attached Jack n Jill bath bath with dual sinks, toilet and combo tub & shower and large reach in closet. Suite 5 is downstairs and features a King bed, HDTV, private en suite bath with sink, toilet and combo tub & shower and large walk in closet. Suite 6 is downstairs and is the private Casita with King bed, HDTV, french doors to the pool & spa, private en suite bath with sink, toilet and combo tub & shower and large reach in closet. Overall, I would rate the home 5 stars...but, I would offer a few suggestions. The pots are NOT non-stick so it's very difficult to clean and cook with these pots. In addition, I do believe there should be a binder that lists all the how-to's rather than frames sporadically throughout the house. But, again...we had a great time! Great Vacation Rental Experience Justin O. from Los Angeles, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2012 I have rented homes in Palm Springs for the past few years for my birthday and Orchard was another great addition. The property was spotless and the management company was professional and easy to work with. The house was as represented in the photos with the exception of the keg tap (not hooked up so don't buy a keg in advance). We selected an early check in and discovered that upon our arrival, the door code did not work. One call remedied that issue within a few minutes of our arrival (the code worked the following day when we were originally supposed to check in). The pool temperature was a little too warm for our comfort and the heater could not be turned down. The house was very spacious and accommodated everyone in my group nicely. Grocery stores and other shopping centers were in close proximity and made supply shopping easy.Overall, I would recommend Desert Luxury Vacations and Orchard. Thanks again! Everything about the house was awesome with the exception of the kegerator being unavailable to be used. Other than that the entire house was flawless from the pool to the bedding to the basketball court. The management staff was friendly and easy to work with.
