Outdoors: The large back patio area has a huge, private heated custom saltwater pool & spa, cascading waterfall, outdoor fireplace, dining area with seating for 4, bistro tables, 4 luxury lounge chairs, 8 person conversation couch with wall mounted flat screen TV, built in stainless BBQ & lush colorful landscaping. 

Indoors: The fabulous kitchen has slab granite counters, stainless steel appliances, 5-burner gas cook-top with pot filler, double oven, microwave & dishwasher, under counter lighting ?everything you need! The built in, stainless gas BBQ is just outside. 

Great Room amenities include a gas fireplace, widescreen High-definition TV/DVD, cable and a large leather sectional for plenty of comfortable seating. 

The Formal Living Room features more seating, foosball & courtyard views. Formal Dining Room has seating for 8 with a butler's pantry, wine refrigerator and barware. Kitchen dining table has seating for 6. 

Bedroom Descriptions: The Master Suite is large & luxurious with a plush King-size bed, HDTV, private doors to the pool & spa with bistro table just outside and bright, spacious walk in closet (with full twin bed set up in case you need an extra private sleeping area. Master bath area has an oversize custom tiled shower, soaking tub and dual vanities. 

Bedroom Suite 2/Casita features a King bed, HDTV, private en suite bath and exterior door to front courtyard. Bedroom 3/Casita features a Queen bed, HDTV, attached Jack n Jill bath and exterior door to front courtyard. Bedroom 3 features the comfort & convenience of 2 Twin beds, HDTV and adjoining Jack n Jill bath area. Bedroom Suite 5/Detached Casita has a King Bed, HDTV, en suite bath, outdoor fireplace and 2 person bistro table.

We really enjoyed the back yard and pool at Oasis; we all felt it was the best so far, and we have stayed at some nice places over the years. Overall the house was very spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay here. Relative to other houses that we have stayed at, it was not at the top. The Oasis is showing some wear and tear and could use a bit of a facelift. The kitchen and appliances where good, but cupboards could be better stocked; we only had 3 wine glasses! The mattress in the master has seen better days, my wife did not sleep very well. The place needs a little TLC, again beautiful pool and backyard! The sales pictures are downright misleading. The applicances, to the knives, to wine refrigerator are worn out. There was not enough refrigerator space.The place needs a full size back up in the garage. Someone should throw out the grease splattered spice rack. The spices are disgusting and uselessly old. The master shower did not work when we turned it on. The handle just pulled off! Never again. Way better rental value elsewhere in PD. The home was properly stocked, clean with all upgraded materials and great amenities. My only complaint is that the trash was overflowing from the prior tenant and it was starting to smell. Eventually, trash pick up came on our second to last day. Secondly, the heating unit in the cabana/casida has a loud rattle sound when turning on. I think that's an easy fix. We had a problem with the wifi in the house and that was immediately fixed by Luxe. Wonderful service. Thanks for a great vacation. The only part that was difficult was that the refrigeratior did not keep our food cool enough. We had 15 people and it felt like 6 because the place was large enough. The pool was great, but kinda warm for the time of year we went. They had almost everything we needed in the kitchen but the knives were dull and there was a lack of storage containers. Some of the patio furniture showed extreme wear and tear. However, all that did not put a damper in our stay and we would go back in a heartbeat! The decor inside is lacking personality. lots of dishware, had to buy flipper, serving spoons etc. No cleaning lady with rental unless you want to pay additional fees on top of your cleanup fees. Stayed for 8 days in October, 2011 This house has great possibilities but the property management company needs to do a better job of cleaning and maintaining both the house and the yard. There were dead bugs in the house & casita, the stove was dirty, and the yard was very dirty. The property management was slow to respond to a flat aerobed, no sheets for the aerobeds and an air conditioner that wasn't working. Things worked out eventually (we did some cleaning ourselves) and our family reunion was a success, but I was disappointed by DLV's many excuses and lack of ownership for the problems. I will not do business with Desert Luxury Vacations again. However, the master bedroom bathroom had a bar of soap so the toilet was backed up. We called for assistance, but no one called back. We ended up using a plunger and fixed it. Then on Saturday the power outlets all went out and I called for assistance to the "after hours" contact and left a voicemail and no one called back. We ended up handling it, but it was definitely an issue. Thank you again for the awesome hospitality and we will be coming back again. The house also had cacroaches, and krikets. I will never rent anything from this management again. I called them to complain they did not even care. We had a group of 10 girls come out for a girls weekend with the intent of grabbing a nice bite to eat on Saturday night. The house was so wonderful and the pool was so great that we elected to stay in our bathing suits and never left the house from check-in to check-out! It is a little slice of paradise! Stayed for 3 days in April, 2011 We arrived on 4/11/2011 at about 6 PM and there was a locksmith working on the front door. Tammi was there and explained that the lockbox did not work. We left and another management guy came back and inserted a code for the entry system.Since we had 5 bedrooms and 5 guys, it was important that we had showers that worked. But there was no shower curtain in the front bathroom and we had to have 2 guys double up.Also, there were probably 10 lights that did not work including the master toilet closet light. Hope we did not miss the bowl...There were no instructions on how to use the hot tub, which we needed badly.I left Tammi a voice message about all of this but I never got a call back....I think we should get a partial refund.
