Come enjoy this custom built home located in The Fairways community of La Quinta offering 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. As you walk into the entry you get the feeling of walking into a relaxing private residence for your vacation. There is a private pool and spa with a built in BBQ that offer a view of the golf course and mountains that is second to none for your enjoyment. While back in the home enjoy a big screen TV in the living room with a pool table for some fun in the family room. There is easy access to the beautiful kitchen which is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is nicely open with great views of the pool & mountains. The master bedroom features a king bed with a large bathroom and an elevated view of the mountains that will take your breath away. You also have a TV in the master bedroom and fireplace for relaxing. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and its own private bathroom with a TV in the bedroom. The third & fourth bedrooms are upstairs and share a bathroom and bedroom 3 offers a queen bed and the forth has two twin beds. This house offers everything for entertaining and is a great home at a great location. The owner offers wireless internet for your convenience. This community requires its guest to stay for 1 month minimum.

Large house on golf course Debra K. from Bozeman, MT recommends this property. Stayed for 31 days in March, 2013 This house was big but not put together with any thought. Bad towels, cheapest stuff for renters. The outside fireplace didn't work, patio was not cleaned by pool guy or whoever. very poor outside lighting so difficult to eat outside at night. Grill not so clean. Nice yard space and nice view.Very loud in the early am with mowers for golf course. DVD didn't was either very cold or nothing as was the spa heater, burning hot or off.We did have a fun time and could walk to Old Town. Wonderful gate people. Nice neighborhood.There just should have been some attention to renters vision. This was my 4th year with a March rental unit and I was surprised by the high expense that it wasn't more luxurious.The rental company people were nice and they tried but they should know there rental home better.I will be back next year but not at that house. Interior needs a makeover... Errol B. from Haiku, HI does not recommend this property. Stayed for 6 days in April, 2012 The good: Location was perfect, a relatively short ride to the polo fields. Close to Washington Ave. The TV was new. The overall appliances and kitchen was adequately appointed and had everything that it said it would have. The staff (Spencer and Chad) were great! Very helpful and knowledgeable, friendly, especially in helping me figure out the pool and spa heating issues. The not so good: The screen door had a giant rip in it, some of the blinds would not work, some of the blinds themselves fell off their attachments. The amenities/appliances/decor/fixtures were all dated in the 80's. If they were newer additions it definitely had a Pier One or KMart quality and feel. Not too apparent on the photos on the website. For the price (which was inflated tremendously for Coachella weekend), it certainly did not match in quality.
