Setting up the rental was very easy. Obtaining gate entry and access was very convenient. The home has three spacious bedrooms and a comfortable family room, dining and kitchen. It's slightly outdated and needs some updating. Bath tub faucet was dripping. My biggest pet peeve.... Too much of the owners personal items are there and it could use a deep cleaning and weed out of old towels and sheets. Overall however it was still very satisfactory.
