Large, family friendly, nice resort "La Torre Golf Resort", built in 2006. Outside the resort, 34 km from the centre of Murcia, in a quiet, sunny position, 16 km from the sea, on the golf course. For shared use: park, garden with lawn, swimming pool (15.06.-30.09.). Paddling pool, outside shower, children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, sauna (extra). Fitness room (extra). Air conditioning. Room cleaning on request (extra). Communal covered parking. Shopping centre 10 km, railway station "Balsicas" 10 km, sandy beach "San Javier" 16 km. Golf course (18 hole) 100 m. Please note: The photograph is a typical example. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Complex with large avenues flanked by different plants and trees, covers and area of 1.400.000 m2. This is around a large 18 hole golf course. Guests can use the other 3 golf courses (Mar Menor, Haicenda Riquelme and El Valle). It has a magnificent Town Centre, built around a splendid lake, with a full range of services (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, bank and ATMs, beauty and hairdressing salons, amongst others). A total of 14 shared swimming pools in the resort (free). The swimming pool, sauna and hotel gym can be used for an extra charge. The tennis court can also be used at an extra charge. Many apartment buildings and hotels. Mining history in Cabo de Palos. Nature area of "Cal Blanque" (pretty and hidden countryside with many beaches sheltered by sand dunes). It is possible to play golf in Cartagena.
