We loved the location - walking distance to La Jolla beach, 10 min walk from downtown restaurants and the children's pool. On the downside, there was no AC (although the add says there is AC), the beds were firm, especially the one in the study (3rd bedroom) which was unusable, we slept on the couch, and the keys to the house were difficult to use. In fact, we locked the back door and could never get it re-opened.
