On entering the cottage there is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, which includes washing machine,dishwasher,fridge/freezer,gas cooker.
The comfortable living room has plenty of comfortable seating areas, with tv, dvd player, hifi,telephone/internet connections.
There are 2 double bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and the other two single beds, you will also find a family bathroom on this floor with bath,shower,toilet and wc.
You have a separate wc& washbasin on the ground floor.
The property is detatched with fully enclosed grounds and driveway with plenty of outdoor space.

Additional Notes:
20% deposit will be required on confirmation of booking.
The remainder to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival
