Golf course 10 km, tennis 1 km, riding stables 4 km. Please note: closeby 30 m from the property. Property ref. FR9250.102.1 is situated on the same grounds. Direct access to the sandy beach. The house is situated in grounds of 2 hectares in natural state where FR9250.102.1 is also situated. Please note: the railway line linking Calvi-Ile Rousse passes near the entrance to the property (100 m). 2 to 3 trains a day.

Sightseeing: La Misericorde church, 18th century castle ruins, lighthouse on Pietra island, 15th century look-out tower, maritime museum, yacht harbour. Excursions to the mountain road on the island of Rousse. Small tourist train to Pietra island with its little red granite islands.
