This spacious two floor detached villa is an excellent choice for a beach holiday on the beautiful island of Koh Samui. A fusion of Thai and western styles, Baan Fahsai benefits from being just 50 meters from the beach and situated in an exclusive villa resort. Strolling round the teak front balcony you come to the private pool and sala area which is perfect for topping up your tan and entertaining in the evenings. The large spacious rooms benefit from air conditioning throughout making sure you can relax when the temperatures outside climb. With full western amenities blended with an Asian feel to the property, you really do feel the exotic location of this villa as you relax within or by the pool.

Location:

Lamai Fahsai is within an exclusive villa complex set on a beautiful long strip of powder white sand. The development has an exclusive clubhouse for guests as well as a bar/restaurant on the beach for you to relax in. Should you wish to see a bit more of the surrounding area, then Lamai is an excellent start. With plenty of shopping, bars, clubs and restaurants there is no shortage of things to see and do with the town just a short 15 minute drive away. Some of the other local tourist spots include grandmother and grandfather rock, the butterfly garden and the aquarium, so you will never be lacking in places to see and visit.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: The first bedroom is a double that opens out to the pool area. Bedroom two is a twin room with walk in wardrobes and a private balcony that looks out over the pool area. Bedroom three is a double room with private balcony and walk in wardrobes.
Bathroom: All of the villa bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom one and two both feature walk in showers whilst bedroom three also has a bathtub. The bathrooms all retain their unique Asian style and have tiled floors, marble work tops and towels provided throughout your stay.
Kitchen: The teak flooring that features throughout the property is carried through to the kitchen area. The wood and black marble topped open plan kitchen offers all western appliances such as microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, oven and dishwasher. Prepare all your favorite holiday dishes or call for the available onsite chef to spoil you with local specialties.
Living rooms: The open plan layout of Baan Fahsai means that the lounge feels relaxed, bright and airy. Featuring a 3 piece sofa set and a TV entertainment system including DVD, cable and games for you to enjoy, you will not be lacking in things to do should you want to stay out of the sun.


Additional Notes:
Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.
