Essential Villa is located at the foot hills of Bang Por in Koh Samui surrounded by coconut palms and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Siam. The villa has a hundred meters long infinity pool with a slide that has a fall of almost three storied high. There are plenty of activities to choose from for the kids to play and also games for the grown-ups.
Under a kilometre from the beach, this villa has the perfect sea views of the bay, green tropical forest on one side, luxurious facilities and plenty of entertainment facilities to choose from. Located on the northwestern side of Koh Samui, the main car-ferry port is less than ten kilometers away and close to the Mae Namhe nightlife and restaurants prescient. The National Marine Park, a must visit tourist spot is close to the villa and Koh Phangan is directly to the north which can be seen from the villa. The Chaweng beach, one of the most visited beaches in Samui is only eighteen kilometres.
Bedrooms
The villa has two well designed bedrooms with air-conditioning, built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. One of the bedrooms has a door that opens to a veranda and the second bedroom has a wall length wardrobe, dressing table and a wicker armchair.
Bathroom
The villa has one bathroom which has a shower, hot and cold water, vanity and cupboards and a toilet.
Dining room
The dining has a tile patterned floor and can sit up to four guests on a table and is adjacent to the kitchen. The patio has a table that can fit six guests comfortably in an outdoor setting. On the patio there is a cocktail table, additional chairs and a shaded area for entertaining.
Kitchen
Kitchen area is designed for basic cooking with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, rice-cooker, coffee maker, four ring electric hobs and an oven. The back door ff the kitchen opens into the laundry and the drying area. There is a worktop facing the dining room which has red and white wine and cocktail glasses hanging from the ceiling.
Living rooms
The living room opens into the patio area and has two painted wicker sofas, a matching armchair, television and a coffee table. The room has the perfect views of the bay and is ideal to cool off from the day’s heat.
Additional Notes:
Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.
Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.
Last minute availability within 30 days of travel discounts available.
Check In 1300 hrs - Check Out 1100 hrs.
