Log cottage manufactured by Mammuttihirsi company 2011, large, ‘airy’ living room/kitchen, hall, bedroom double bed, bedroom 2 beds, utility room/dressing room, washroom, sauna and glazed large terrace. Upstairs: hall area, bedroom with bunk and glazed balcony. Cottage located at end of promontory, level yard area, partly grass, also spruce trees on plot. Building has geothermal heating, mechanical ventilation, spin drier for clothes, and Internet-connection through owner’s Sonera USB connector (so-called mokkula). Customers must bring own laptops, however. Yard has garage/storeroom building, on shore a smoke sauna and grill tepee. Owner will heat smoke sauna once a week for extra charge, also rents out outboard motor for rowing boat. Runni spa/restaurant 15 km, Kiuruvesi town services and hobby locations 20 km, Iisalmi Golf and ski resort 40 km, Kuopio airport 100 km. Final cleaning charge is obligatory.
