A short walk to the beach and morning coffee on the deck watching the sun rise was great. Bedrooms and baths were clean and comfortable. They had available beach toys and umbrellas which I thought was nice. Only negative was the kitchen. The cabinets needed to be cleaned and organized. No dishwasher so the dishes were not as clean as they could be. Bring a sponge and dishwashing detergent! The house could have use an upgrade of kitchen tools like pots and pans,knives and utensils. Some basic spices, condiments would have been nice. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 I wrote a number of things on the form I turned into the office, so I would encourage you to look at it also. The main reason i was disappointed is that the house was not really clean when we arrived. there were bugs where i would have thought that the housekeepers would have cleaned. the kitchen was not well equipped for folks who like to cook in. the rugs that were left in the bathrooms still had sand in them, and they were old and threadbare. The bath tub in the master bathroom did not drain, and I had water up to my ankles at one point. There were wood strips coming off many of the doors, and areas of the walls that had portions pulling away from the wall. I think that for the rental cost, we did not get the same ambiance in this house.
