Within the small gated community of Sunset Lakes, we have a 4 bed and 3 bath air conditioned villa with a private pool situated on the lake front. The property is located within 5 to 10 minutes of Disney World. And also within easy access of highways making for easy access to all the major Florida attractions.



This property has provided a vacation villa that is a home from home that sleeps up to 8; all bedrooms have a 32inch television with Blu-Ray player and cable. The property has a free Wi-Fi service available. The lounge has a 46 inch television with Blu-ray player in addition to a Nintendo Wii with Wii Sports and Wii Sports, there is also a CD player with I-Pod docking. The property has a king size master suite with en-suite bathroom and patio doors opening on the pool area, queen sized double room, two further twin rooms. The villa also provides a heated pool that overlooks the private lake which can be fished.
