All homes are fully air conditioned and are strictly non-smoking. Please note all villas are rented on a self catering basis. Sample all the world famous attractions that Florida has to offer right on your very own door step, including some of the most famous theme parks- SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios. Some of the finest golf courses and crystal clear beaches are also a short drive away. If this is not enough then the shopping experiences that are available will simply blow you away. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. All bookings are subject to a USD 50.00 Accidental Rental Damage Insurance fee.
