This villa is situated on the sub-division of Eagle Pointe, just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, and has easy access to all other attractions.This villa is tastefully furnished and comes with a King bed in the Master, a Queen in the 2nd bedroom, and Twins in the 3rd and 4th bedroom. The family room has a wraparound sleeper sofa, which sleeps 2 and has a large flat screen TV with DVD player. The Master has a 27? TV/VCR combo, and there are smaller TV?s in all the other bedrooms.There is a wired internet connection situated in the formal dinning room, and free long distance phone calls throughout the US, Canada and Puerto Rico.There is a fully functional well equipped kitchen, with fridge freezer, dishwasher, range and microwave. A laundry room comes with washer, dryer and drying shelf. Extra towels and linens are located throughout the villa.This is a no smoking home; smoking is available outside in your private fenced in pool area.

Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 This was our second time staying in this home, we love the game room, and the pool, and the location of the house to the parks! This time the comforter in the mbroom had stains on it, which not very good, and there were massive spiderwebs on the chains for the fan in the pool area, cleaners need to pay more attention to detail.
