The Villas at Seven Dwarfs Lane is the #1 and newest premier resort and vacation rentals in the Orlando area, near Disney World. Its proximity to Orlando's world-renowned attractions is unrivaled. Staying in one of Townhome gives you automatic membership to all the private resort facilities, for the duration of your stay. Disney World is only 4 miles away, and the many shops and restaurants of HWY192 are at walking distance. Our resort is gated and guarded 24 hours. Outside, the activities just keep getting better; the center piece is the huge heated swimming pool with wrap-around sundeck and dynamic water features, and there is a fishing pond, sand volleyball, tennis and basketball courts. There is a special play area for our younger visitors and an area where you can even have your own family BBQ at our picnic area.

I felt uncomfortable having strangers in my place with out me being there, had to ride around with my valuables ( my whole party did) all day ...nice and no in home safe. Property Manager Response: Response from Near to Disney Resort The pest control service is manage by the resort and it is announce 24 hours before. Since this service have no impact, no odor, ect., the health department allow resorts to conduct their weekly service without any issue to guest. You did not have to leave your unit, and allso you could reject the service once they knock your door and asked you for permission to performed the job. Sorry for the inconvenience. We were trying to save money on our trip to Disney by staying off property and this was the perfect way to do it. The only problem we had was that the code given to us to access the property was incorrect but the management company fixed it promptly. The place was clean, welcoming and staff was helpful. The only downside was the lack of cleaning products(for the washer/dryer, dishes, dishwasher) and necessities such as toilet paper and kleenex, which would have to be purchased individually- if there are extras, this is difficult to bring home so it was a hassle. In every room there were signs of the property with important notices, but relative to the handrail and the stairs there were no warnings. My mother, an old lady slipped on the stairs and had to rely on the handrail. As it was very fragile, it broke and my mother suffered a very nasty accident. We had to take her to the doctor and the journey it has been compromised. I suggest you warn them of the fragility of the handrail so that such accidents do not happen again. In a country like the U.S. this type of accident caused by lack of notice and fragile equipment can generate a lot of problems to the landlord of the property. But except for this episode, the stay was excellent and would recommend to my friends. I think back on again.
