The Villas at Seven Dwarfs Lane is the #1 and newest premier resort and vacation rentals in the Orlando area, near Disney World. Its proximity to Orlando's world-renowned attractions is unrivaled. Staying in one of Townhome gives you automatic membership to all the private resort facilities, for the duration of your stay. Disney World is only 4 miles away, and the many shops and restaurants of HWY192 are at walking distance. There is a luxury clubhouse and recreation center including an elegant lounge room, game room, fitness center, reading area, business center with high speed internet connection and library. Our resort is gated and guarded 24 hours. Outside, the activities just keep getting better; the center piece is the huge heated swimming pool with wrap-around sundeck and dynamic water features, and there area a fishing pond, sand volleyball, tennis and basketball courts. There is a special play area for our younger visitors and an area where you can even have your own family BBQ at our picnic area.

Horrible Manager A guest from LALACHUA, FL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2013 My overall trip was a good one but unfortunately the contact person was rude, inconsiderate just unbearable. The property was beautiful on the service so we were very first. Unfortunately the beds were disgusting! Sheets and pillows were filthy. We tried to contact Eric, the unit manager, who never returned one call. We had to go put and purchaser linen because the spoiled ones couldn't got onto the washer. The next day we finally got on contact with Eric and he was beyond rude! No apology for the inconvenience or anything just flat out rude. The individual unit we rented was not up to par. Refrigerator was rusted and door wouldn't close. Bed linens were worn/torn. Carpets were stained. Just remember each condo is owned by a different person and thus offers different perks. I stayed in one condo where i had free long distance, tvs in every room and wifi. But another one I stayed in had no phone period, no wifi, no pool towels, or half if the kitchen necessities. So make sure you double check all that. I was a little disappointed that every dish needed to be washed before they could be used, the oven didn't work, the "home phone" didn't work, and there was no in-house internet. but other than that, WE LOVED IT. But we talk to guard and his very helpful.The house is clean but after a few days we see lot of insect,worms & spider crawling the flor, But we love the house because of the location, my daughters they love your swantowel.About the housephone have to be okey incase of emergency,I try but there is no tone not sure its okey or not.There is no (Kettle)in the house only coffeemaker,Wel next time we visit Orlando FL.again, We definitely stay At Villas at Seven Dwarfs again..But please(NO SATIN BED LINEN) I,wel recommend this place to a friend...
