The condo is situated on a resort just off the US192, less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World. Only 1 mile away from the highway Interstate 4 (I4), it also offers great access to other theme parks like Universal Studios and Sea World, plus the many, world?s best golf courses in Central Florida. There are supermarkets and dining nearby too. This condo offers free high-speed internet plus free local and long-distance calling within the United States and Canada.
The condo has been furnished to a very good standard. When entering the condo you step into the living room with sitting area, large flat screen TV, breakfast table and kitchenette. The bedroom has 2 Double (Full) Beds, cable TV and en suite bathroom with vanity, shower and toilet. There is a hair dryer too.
The double doors between the living room and bedroom allow for late night relaxing and watching TV in the living, while other family members lay their head to rest in the bedroom, recharging for the next day enjoying all the great things Central Florida has to offer.
The kitchenette is well fitted. It includes a 2 burner stove, toaster oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher.
The condo is located on the third floor. It is air conditioned for those very hot days and has reverse air for the few colder days. Iron and iron board are present too.
On the resort premises, you will also find the well maintained pool (heated as needed) with sun deck, a Jacuzzi and Kiddy pool. The resort also features a Sports Court, Fitness Center and Games Room with video games, air hockey and pin ball. Laundry facilities are found on-site too. Please note that housekeeping service is NOT offered during your stay in this privately owned and operated hotel room. A departure clean is included in your rate.
As Excellent Vacation Homes is the local management company looking after this property 365 days a year, any technical or other issue is usually prevented before it even gets a chance to develop. But, our 24-hour cover service is always available should you require it during your stay.

Stayed for 6 days in November, 2012 The address they provide to us made GPS took us about one hour to find the exact place before i called emergency people in the night. Yes, unfortunately the GPS sometimes takes you only halfway the Parkway Blvd, depending on which system you use. The property's official address is really the one provided to you.
