This holiday home is found in Kirchberg an der Jagst, a town west of Nuremberg. The four rooms, kitchen, two baths, guest toilet, balcony, and terrace are distributed over 120 m² of living space. In July 2010, the German Tourism Association (DTV) awarded the house a 4 four-star certification for high-quality features and comfort. The house includes phone and Internet services. Bring your own laptop and surf the Web at up to 12 Mbytes per second!

There are also a garage behind the house and a locked room with covered storage area (ideal for bicycles) on the right side. The backyard provides a grill area. Three cars can easily park in the driveway.

From its location on the outskirts of Kirchberg (Rothenburger Straße 41, the house is only 1.5 km to the romantic town center. It constitutes an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling.

Sleeping and Relaxing Upstairs
In the "Balcony Room" (20 m²), there is a full bed (150 x 200 cm) and a lounge area with TV and radio. Here again, cable connection offers an excellent variety of TV programs.

The main bathroom is on this floor. It comes with a tub, shower, hair dryer, and a toilet.

The master room (26 m²) holds a queen size bed (180 x 200 cm) and a comfortable lounge area as well with a couch and two armchairs.
