Its location (2 miles from Snowshed, Bear Mountain, and the scenic Skyeship gondola) enables friends and family to participate in any number of summer or winter activities.

The house wasnt as clean as we would've liked. Found a dead mouse in the main floor bathroom and mouse droppings all over the property (all 3 floors) including in my bed sheets. We also think one was dead inside one of the walls...one room had that distinct smell. Otherwise the property was good. Kitchen was very functional and the hot tub was great. Heat worked great as did the fireplace and all the rooms were very comfortable. Location was fantastic. If they cleaned this property better we would certainly come back. So that little unpleasant surprise left me a little stranded at the last minute to find a place to put people as we had planned on having the use of that room. Over priced and under appreciated A guest from Hammpton, NH does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2011 The property it's self was nice, warm, and cozy. As for the appliances and amenities, they were old, beat up, or broken. This is not acceptable because it was 2 and half times more expensive than the other 5 condos I have stayed at this season. More specific the tv's, and dishwasher were 20 years old. The rec room had seen better days, and the hot tub was half full. Overall it was very very over priced, and desperately needs a makeover! When I informed the property management about the numerous problems in the unit they said they would be out to look into it. Broken dishwasher, fireplace glass doors falling apart, mold on the bathroom walls and mouse droppings in the kitchen drawers and cabinets. While out snowboarding, management came and checked everything out but did not correct any of the problems. Not even the mouse droppings. For the price payed the place should at least be clean. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2008 House was very dirty, heating system was under par, fire wood was not stocked as promised. Bathroom showers extremely tight & the tub didnot have a drain stop. Dishwasher did not drain, it kept recycling the dirty water. Worst of all, the Proprty Manager never returned our phone calls. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone........ Staying at the Ledge End in Killington Vermont Kathy W. from Toronto, Ontario recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in March, 2008 We were very pleased with our stay at the Ledge End property. The chalet is quite large and fit our group of 14 people easily. The kids had a great place to stay downstairs with lots of bunk beds with a pool/ping pong table for entertainment. The kitchen was well equipped, better than we have seen in any other chalet. The hot tub was large enough for 8 people but wasn't very warm. The chalet is in a very beautiful location and is very convenient to the ski hill but you do have to drive. The chalet was clean and well furnished but some of the furniture could use some updating. Also the sliding glass door to the hot tub needs to be fixed. The property manager was very responsive with any issue that we had during our stay. Thank you Lisa. The house was beautiful and everyone enjoyed their stay. The hot tub was spacious and roomy. The game room was beautiful. I had a really awesome time. The only downside was the ice in the driveway which my truck got stuck in about 2 or 3 times. The price was very expensive also. You are able to rent a house for a month at a time for the same price as this house which I found out after.
