Great location with easy access to beaches and shopping. Property was very clean and right on the water. If you're looking for a quiet getaway in a cozy yet spacious cottage, this is it.

This property is advertised as 3 queen bed bedrooms and 3 full baths with an ice maker and filtered water. The bedroom in the basement has a full size bed and not a queen. This does not work well when bringing 3 sets of queen size sheets for the beds. Also in the basement is the 3rd bathroom. There is a sauna in that bathroom with a shower in it. This is considered the 3rd full bath. There are signs on the sauna door to not use the shower in the sauna as it will flood the bathroom, so the home can't be considered as having 3 full baths. We also found no ice in the freezer and no filtered water coming out of the frig. When the maintenance man came, he found that there is no water line hooked into frig. We had to buy our own ice and bottled water. The description of this house needs to be updated to reflect the true condition of the house. We also had an ant problem in the kitchen while staying there. We purchased our own ant spray and ant traps to control the problem before the management company sent someone to spray for ants. Property did have a nice pool table and kayaks to use. The basement would be much nicer if it was finished. There are unpainted walls and trim and the TV in the basement is not hooked to any TV cable. Experience would have been much better if the property was actually as advertised. We counted on 3 full baths and had to work with 2. Please change your description!
