Unit 2402 is located on the fourth floor of the second building. Recently remodeled, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay ? a full kitchen with granite countertops and eating area, African quarter sawn mahogany cabinets, fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans and all appliances, a stereo set with iPod dock, cable tv, internet access, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 2 three-quarter baths, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Wake up to coffee in the morning on the lanai and enjoy the view of the ocean overlooking the grounds. When you?re ready to go swimming, walk 200 yards to the Charlie Young Beach or to Kamaole Beach I. These beaches are some of the best beaches on Maui, with soft sand gently sloping to the water. Kamaole Beaches I, II and II have picnic tables, restrooms and outside showers. When you?re done, rinse the sand off at the outside shower before heading back to the condominium complex, maybe stopping by the pool on the way back for another dip.

Maui Vista Resort is located in South Maui and is across the street from Charley Young Beach. You are just steps away from one of Maui's beautiful south shore white sand beaches yet just far enough away from the road to enjoy the sound of birds and palm trees swaying not traffic. We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels for your added convenience. The Complex also offers 3 pools, elevators, on-site activities guide, nice clean propane grills and multiple tennis courts. Also lots of restaurants and great shopping are within walking distance. We take tremendous pride of ownership in our lovely condo and this shows with every detail - especially cleanliness!! We also live on island and are just a phone call away happy to help in any way.

Love Maui... but next time I'll choose a different condo. Michael A. from Beaverton, OR does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2013 The washer, a necessity for a family of 4 staying in Maui for 10 days, was broken and we were not informed of this. Sure, we were offered $50 in compensation, but who cares? For $190 a night that's pocket change and not worth the hassle of doing the laundry in either a different condo or at the laundry mat. The floor on the first floor is tile, and clearly not mopped because if we walked barefoot on it our feet turned black and just felt dirty. Our last 2 days there we had to clutter the living room area with the furniture off the lanai due to painting and power washing. The last day there were loud cussing men on the back deck, and we weren't prepared for that at all. Overall... choose a different place.
