The large lanai invites guests to spend their morning enjoying their coffee, taking in the lush tropical scenery of the manicured Kamaole Sands property, catching the sun as it rises over Haleakala mountain and shimmers on the waves below.

This two-bedroom renovated condo is breathtaking, and sure to be the perfect vacation home for your visit to the island paradise of Maui. Cathedral ceilings, Travertine tile flooring, and windows on three sides of this condo give the space an open, airy feel. Major renovations during 2014 in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. A new, state-of-the-art split A/C system installed in the living room and both bedrooms, which are also newly carpeted. In addition to two Cal-King beds, this condo has a new pull-out sofa-sleeper, for the occasional overnight guest. Each room has it's own flat-screen television, and the entire condo has complementary private wi-fi access. Kamaole Sands provides guests with daily newspapers (available at the front desk), as well as telephone access in condos for free local calls.

Across from the sparkling waters lapping on the shores of a long stretch of white sand beach, it is easy to see why families return year after year to spend their holiday at Kamaole Sands. This spacious and tropical resort is manicured to perfection. Resort amenities include a large swimming pool, a small children's wading pool, adult and family hot tubs, tennis courts, community barbecue grills and picnic areas, a private fitness center, and more. On Wednesdays, guests enjoy free entertainment poolside with Mai-Tai cocktails for adults. Newly open in 2014, Kamaole Sands now features an equipment rental shop near the pool area, renting snorkels, boogie boards, and other beach equipment for guest use.

Kamaole Beach III, the highly-rated beach just across South Kihei Road from the resort, is family-friendly and ideal for fun in the sun. Soft white sand perfect for morning strolls; a gradual decline into the ocean with typically gentle rolling waves, and the occasional passing sea turtle make for amazing snorkeling and swimming conditions; the expansive lawn area, where each night visitors and locals set up their beach chairs to watch the colorful Maui sunsets. From beach volleyball courts to monkey bars, there's something for everyone at this popular beach park. Outfitted with public restrooms and shower facilities, charcoal grills and picnic tables, as well as attentive and friendly life guards for swimmer safety. We'll provide the beach chairs, beach towels, and a large beach umbrella.

Everything was great! Unit was beautifully done. Glad to see some condiments on hand. The snorkel equipment was in bad shape and we left behind a new cooler as there was none. Nothing to frazz about though.

This is a fantastic condo! Has a lovely view, nice deck, gorgeous furniture and beautiful tile floor. I think this is a remodeled unit as we walked by other condos with their doors open and they were not near as nice as this condo we stayed in, unit #407. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone and the resort to anyone wanting the perfect place to stay in Hawaii, Maui. We rented it through a manager, not directly through the owner. First time we used a manger and not owner directly. I would also highly recommend this way of renting as well. The whole process was very secure and even though we didn't need anything while in at the condo the manager had 24/7 access which again made us feel very secure. The condo was extremely clean which I am sure has to do with the manager living on island and overseeing their work. When we rent owner direct we have always experienced so so cleaning. They were also very friendly when we reserved the condo. Thanks for the great experience we'll be back next year!

We enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands Unit #2-407 very much. It was a very clean and well stocked condo unit with all the comforts of home, the kitchen had all the necessities to cook meals in the condo. We appreciated the fact that that unit was stocked with the necessary items such as paper towels , tp and soaps to start you out. The large lania was great to suntan on or enjoy your morning coffee. The decor was very pleasant and up to date and the housekeepers took pride in keeping it immacuately clean. Maui Condo and Car was very professional in our dealings with them and had a very good and timely reservation process. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to friends . WE liked our experience so much that we would like to rent again next year for alonger duration.

Excellent Condo, only suggestion block out blinds for the all windows.As an independent agent you do a great job and the owners should be extremely proud of their condo. Everything you needed was in the condo it had great bedding and furniture. Anyone would be happy with this condo.
