Adequate A guest from Lacey, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 9 days in April, 2013 There is nothing wrong with this unit and it is perfectly adequate for a visit. However, it is in dire need of updating and a little TLC; e.g., replace original countertops, add low-flow showerheads, replace old TV with a more modern one, add more/better lighting. It is in a beautiful location and very conveneint to all amenities. My only criticism is that the furnishings in our unit were very dated. Ny first but not last stay. A guest from Las Vegas, Nevada recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2013 I was more than happy with the unit. It was clean and very large. The beach was very nice and the pool and putting area were wonderful. I did not use, but observed the outdoor cooking area and it was very nice. I also liked the idea of posting the quiet time. No wild parties or children running down the hall. Very well done and I would rent again next year. Needs Updates Katie L. from South St Paul, MN recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in January, 2013 210B is very out of date. We were less than thrilled to see our family's condos very nice and updated. The AC units do not work well, they stink too. The bathroom light in the MB is actually broken (switch not the power) kind of a safety hazard, DVD player broke, doesnt work, no cd player only an older Tape radio player. Hardly any amenities to use in the condo. Had to buy ALOT of the items to keep it up and clean it. Carpet was kind of grosse to walk on. Furniture was iffy as well.
