Kihei Kamaole Sands is in a phenomenal location! It is directly across from Kamaole Beach III, which is in walking distance from this condo. The Kamaole Sands complex also offers several amenities: pool & recreation facilities, elevators, on-site activities guide, nice and clean propane grills and multiple tennis courts. This condo has tiled floors throughout the unit, stainless steel appliances, and quality furniture. We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels for your added convenience!

Stayed for 3 days in April, 2013 We extended a corporate award trip to Maui by a few days and were very fortunate to find this property and unit. Excellent condition as it had been recently redone throughout. New caninets, appliances, granite counters and great space with two baths. Stayed at the Hyatt for a few days also and I have to say I enjoyed the condo much more. Great central access to many locations on the island and close to grocery stores and restaraunts. Resort living at its finest A guest from St Albert, Alberta recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in April, 2013 We stayed in two types of accommodations during this trip- local, and resort. This was our "resort" stay. Very clean, spacious unit and excellent property grounds. Staff takes quiet hours seriously and dealt with loud neighbours promptly- much appreciated. Two things that should be addressed in this unit: 1) the bed is way too noisy. We shared a room with our son and he woke up evey time one of us rolled over. Kind of annoying for such a nice place. 2) THIS IS VERY SERIOUS: there are several pieces of the railing that are loose. A baby or child could easily fall off the balcony. Watch your children if you stay in this complex, because all of the units have the same type of railing, so I assume they could all potentially have this problem. Not a reason to stay somewhere else, but something to keep an eye on while you are here. Our family of 3 found the condo to be very clean and nicely upgraded. We made extensive use of the kitchen facilities and found it well stocked. The location just across from Kamaole III beach was ideal, and a short walk into town. The lanai was a lovely place for meals and relaxing. Stayed for 5 days in April, 2013 We have been staying at The Kamole Sands for the past 5 years and this by far was the best condo. It is clean, modern and has a beautiful view. The bed was very comfortable. The owners have chairs, boogie boards and all sorts of beach accessories - worked great for us since we have 2 daughters. This was the first year we actually walked across the street to the Kamole Sand Beach - it was a 3 minute walk and the beach is perfect for kids!We only have one negative comment - there was not any salt and pepper :( In the past, the other condos we have stayed at have at least supplied certain condiments like salt & pepper, PAM, oil, etc ... aside from that - it was a wonderful place to stay! We had family staying in other units in the complex and ours was the best of all the ones we saw! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything was nicely upgraded and clean! The only reason we wouldn't book that particular unit again is because our baby would be older next time and we'd need a 2 bedroom. This is the first time we stayed at this unit. It is lovely. The view is spectacular. We ate on the lanai every evening smelling the wonderful Maui ocean side air. We had a little problem with the telephone and within a few hours we were delivered a new one. I would recommend this condo if you want beautiful grounds, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and beautiful sunsets. It truly is "paradise". Actual condo: Very nice new remodel of kitchen, HE washer/dryer, lots of kitchen tools, appliances, lots of beach equipment & toys, everything you need on vacation. Negatives: The physical layout is very narrow, doorways, hallway, 2nd bathroom, made me glad I was alone. I could not recommend this particular unit, but my friends' place was much more roomy, same 1b/2bath. A/C didn't work after 1st day, but the ceiling fans were O.K, for me. I like Kamaole Sands overall,having stayed there in '98 in a different building, hence the referral to the overall property. In securing a unit through Maui Condo and Car, I would find that all booking details were promptly and professionally taken care of. The Youtube video of the condo is an added plus in this regard. On arrival, all aspects of the unit were in order with a complete set of all required needs for living and vacationing. The condo was very clean and perhaps over-decorated as several items were required to be put aside in order to become comfortable. This is in no way mentioned as a slight but more of a comical thought on my first impression.Our stay was very enjoyable and I would have no concerns with recommending this business to others.MC&C should be commended for their service and product.Thank you most appreciatively. We are a family of four and our two children (11 and 8) did great on the pull out sofa. The second bathroom is so wonderful. This was our first time staying at 2-204 and it was hands down the best experience we have ever had! First the interior of the condo is gorgeous, everything is brand new including all the furnishings. The place was so clean, the kitchens and bathrooms literally sparkled. We had everything we needed including all beach gear. Another great feature was that the sheets and towels are white, felt very clean and sanitized to me. The location of this unit was also one of it's many great features. It has a gorgeous ocean view but you do not get full on sun late afternoon. It stays cool and breezy all day. The pool is very close yet you still have your privacy. AND the staff at Maui Condo and Car could not have been move helpful. I would reccommend this condo to everyone and I would reccommend dealing with Maui Condo and Car. The kitchen was surprisingly complete (needs a coffee grinder but the blender ground just fine!)and the condo had just the right amount of towels and bedding to make our stay feel like an extension of home. Also it was great to find that a fixed amount of expendables were included ie, dish soap, paper towel, laundry soap. All we had to do was bring out own food and drink. The only issue is the bed. Large but too soft.
