This 1150 square foot unit has been meticulously cared for and decorated. This townhome is located near the front of the Red Hawk Townhome complex, so it is a short 2 minute walk to the gondola (about 100 yards). When you drive up, you will be able to pull into the heated parking garage. If you have additional cars, it can be parked in the driveway.
When you enter, you will immediately notice the care and attention that owner has taken when decorating and maintaining this unit. In the living room, you can warm up by the cozy gas fireplace, and enjoy a good movie on the large, flatscreen TV with DVD player. The couch does pull out into a sleeper sofa to sleep 2 additional people.
The full kitchen is well-equipped kitchen with everything you will need to cook a meal away from home. The dining room table will seat 6 people comfortably.
The master bedroom features a new memory foam king sized bed and cable TV, as well as a private bathroom with double sinks. The second bedroom has two twin sized beds, cable TV and DVD player. The second full bathroom is just outside the second bedroom. If you need to work while you are away, you will also enjoy the free wireless internet access.
The many windows and the balcony will allow you to enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains from the deck and living areas.
Walk to the gondola and ski school, which are approximately 75 yards away from Red Hawk Townhomes. Red Hawk Townhomes is also just a short 2 minute walk into the heart of village where you will find restaurants, shops, and ski/bike rental facilities.
Red Hawk Townhomes were built in 1999 and features wonderful amenities for guests to enjoy.

There is also a year-round heated pool and 8-person hot tub that is used exclusively by Red Hawk Lodge guests. After a long day, you can enjoy the steam room and fitness facilities.

Here are the complaints. Too far for kids to walk from lift in ski boots. So the benefit of the proximity to slopes is considerably lessened. This situation should be clearly disclosed in advertising. The patio grill was too dirty to use and very low on fuel. Hundreds of cigarette butts littering the ground outside the patio door should be cleared. Garage dirty. Pillows very numerous but very poor quality.Lodge steam room only partially functional - often out-of-order and uncleaned. Lodge shower room unmaintained. Lodge hot-tubs not big enough/numerous enough/hot enough for number of guests and great demand - often monopolized by big groups for hours. Lodge exercise room dangerously overstuffed with unmaintained equipment with sharp surfaces protruding into undersized hallway where bare feet slip past in crowds. VACATION A guest from Chicago, IL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2013 I will say I was a bit disappointed in a few things. It was advertised on VRBO as a unit that slept 8 - this should be a unit that sleeps 4. It offered one king bed that was hard as a rock and two twin beds that were fine. The sofa sleeper you could feel the springs and sleeping on an air matress is not a "vacation". The other negative point was the swimming pool sure thought it would be warmer than it was for a outdoor pool in the middle of winter. Found the steam room not to be up to par either - one day it had a terrible smell and the latch on the bottom of the door restricted it from closing so we had to keep getting up to close the door which then all the steam escaped into the weight room. Not sure how often the hot tubs are cleaned but by Wednesday the water looked very dirty. Huge floor plan; well-stocked kitchen A guest from Papillion, NE recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in December, 2012 I'm used to seeing rental properties that are over-represented in their advertisements, but this unit truly exceeded our expectations. It was very roomy, just as the description stated. This was the first unit of its type we stayed in with such a large variety of cooking utensils -- plenty of pots, frying pans, lids and bakeware for just about anything you'd want to make. We also appreciated having vaporizers available in both bedrooms to help with humidity, and the beds were very comfy. Plenty of towels to meet our needs. The staff was very helpful and responsive, and called us the day before we arrived to make sure we knew how to check in. This unit will be our first option the next time we come to Keystone. Too Basic for a Vacation A guest from Bethesda, MD does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in August, 2011 I was very disappointed that there were no basic supplies in the kitchen, such as tin foil, plastic wrap, sponge, napkins. These are not easy to buy in small enough quantities for a five to seven day stay and have been supplied in every other property we have rented in Keystone. We were also surprised by the sloppy lighting situation throughout the rental. We had to replace two ceiling lights in the kitchen just to see; under cabinet lights were not functioning, nor did the oven light work. Living room and bedroom lamps had burned out bulbs, plain bulbs in three-way fixtures, bulb receptacles flopping out of their housing,and a burned out bulb in the outside light. So much furniture polish had been used on all the wood surfaces that it was pooling. We had to wipe everything off before putting anything down on any surface. Stayed for 2 days in November, 2010 An average hotel would be cleaner then this place after the summer I guess. It felt like no one lived there for a while and did not clean the place properly. So, air felt like a dust in it, towels had hairs of someone else, the toilet was orange and those kind of things just killing the impression. Location is great - no doubts here.
