This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is ideally located in Black Bear Lodge (25 yards to the gondola). Step right out of the building to great shopping and restaurants in River Run Village. You can enjoy ski slope views from both bedrooms, the living room, and the balcony. Living room features a new sofa, chair and flat screen TV. Both the lving area and kitchen have recently been painted. The master bedroom features a king sized bed with luxurious bedding, new sera soft blankets, IHomes to play music from your Ipod or Iphone, new flat screen TV with cable and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, new sera soft blankets, IHomes to play your Ipod or IPhone, new flat screen TV with cable and a full bathroom just across the hall. Both bathrooms have new hotel shower curtain bars. After a long day of skiing or biking, you can enjoy the gas fireplace while watching a movie in the living room. The full kitchen has all of the essentials you will need to cook a meal away from home. The owner has added new hardware to the cabinets. The new dining room table will comfortably seat 4 people with 3 additional seats at the kitchen bar. In the closets, you will find plenty of extra blankets, sheets for the sleeper sofa, pillows, humidifiers, fans, and iron/ironing board.
Free wireless internet is included with your stay. Park in the heated parking garage and take the elevator up to the condo.
You will enjoy views of the ski slopes and mountains from the bedrooms, living room, and balcony.
Step out to restaurants, shopping, and ski rentals. On the first floor of Black Bear Lodge, you will find Inxpot, Keystone Sports, and other retail establishments. Black Bear Lodge is the closest building to the gondola in River Run Village (approximately 25 yards to the gondola).
Black Bear Lodge was completed in the late 90?s and is one of the more exclusive buildings in the resort. This means there is less congestion in the building during busy times and all units are a short walk from the elevator. There is an access controlled, underground heated garage. Laundry facilities are located in the building. You will also find an 8 person hot tub at Black Bear Lodge, as well as a pool table in the recreation room by the lobby. Guests have access to the year-round heated pool at Dakota Lodge, as well as two additional hot tubs.
For an additional fee we offer XBOX 360's, Playstation 3's, Nintendo Wii's and the Ipad 2. Rent one of these amazing devices and let your kids have a blast while you relax. We deliver and setup the devices for you. iPad 2's are connected to all the Wi-Fi signals in the resort. So take it where you want and have FUN! Bring your own games or rent them from us.

Perfect for a family of four. We have two kids, 13 and 8, and it was an easy walk to the Gondola for them. Everything within walking distance. At arrival, we found that there had been a water leak from upstairs into the kitchen. The maintenance company was called & they took care of it right away. So overall very satisfied.
