This top floor condo features vaulted ceilings and amazing views of River Run Village from the balcony and bedrooms. You will enjoy watching all of the activities in the village from the balcony that stretches the entire length of the condo. Recent upgrades include new furniture, sleeper sofa, luxurious bedding and a large, 40 inch flatscreen TV over the gas fireplace in the living room. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, TV with DVD player,as well as a private bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and private entrance to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal away from home. Free wireless internet and free parking in the heated parking garage is included with your stay.

The condo is large with high ceilings, plenty of room for all 6 of us and right in the middle of everything. It is very close to the gondola... about a two minute walk to the gondola. The village grocery store and all the restaurants were surrounding the building, which made it very easy to get everything we needed. Keystone arapahoe lodge 2br A guest from Paffton, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in January, 2013 Great location for this 2BR condo. Loved the view of the village from the 2 balconies. Nice to have 3 hot tubs and a heated pool right out the back door. Only problem was the sleeper sofa. It was very uncomfortable and I had to turn every which way to try to find a position that I could sleep. The other beds were great, so I was told! I would stay again for sure but only if we didnt have to use the sofa! arapahoe 8140 A guest from Payton, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in November, 2012 This was our second time staying in Arap 8140. It has a great location and was perfect for our family. The only issues were the dishwasher didnt drain properly and would flood the sink area and the water that came out of the bathtub was orange, as if the pipes had not been flushed or used for sometime. I would recommend that the cleaning crews run the water regularly so this does not happen in the future. We did leave a note about the dishwasher not draining. We would definitely stay in this property again due to its location and view of the village. Arapahoe 8134-Great Location Reviewed by: Paul S. recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2012 Our room was very conveniently located in the River Run complex. It was an easy walk to the gondola and very close to the shops and restaurants. Underground parking was also an advantage. Multiple hot tubs are nearby, though during our stay, one of the tubs was usually under repair.On the down-side: The unit was fairly pricey for a relatively small 2 BR. Finish and appliances were basic; the sleeper sofa not terribly firm; and sound-proofing not so good. It would be nice to have a king bed in one of the rooms.Bottom line: You pay for location. The maintenance guys were great. It is clean but a bit "tired". The TV in the master bedroom is analog and we couldn't get it to work correctly even with management help. Ovrall, stuff is a bit worn and six chairs at the dinner table would have been nice rather than just four. On the positive side, the location is awesome! Stayed for 7 days in March, 2011 The location was fantastic and the size/space of the condo was great. I rated this lower because the living room floor was dirty when we arrived as was the master bath. The worse thing was the "stains" on the comforer and blanket in the master beroom. The kitchen utensils were very sparse. Most rentals I have stayed in have basic kitchen items like salt, pepper, etc. but this condo did not. The descripton said the condo had lots of new updates including new sofa. The sofa was sagging and the sofa bed was horrible! The condo did include a ski locker on the ground floor which was great. Renting from Summet County was very easy as they mail the keys to you so you don't have to make an extra stop on the way in. Everything went off without a hitch, nice condo, great location, heated garage and just so so close to everything. There was also a super convenient grocery store right below the condo and the gondola was a very short 2 minute walk tops.
