Each studio offers mountain decor, a full kitchen and gas fireplace. There is a queen Murphy bed and a separate sitting area complete with TV and DVD player as well as a queen sofa sleeper and dining for four. There are partial mountain views from the patio or balcony.

River Run by Key to the Rockies is the newest base of the ski area and a pedestrian village, where all the buildings are within 150 yards of the gondola on the free shuttle route. The River Run Village contains many shops, restaurants and nightlife.
