SOUTHERN WIND -- A renovated two bedroom two bath two story home located in the Windward Park compound in the heart of Old Town and walking distance to the sites and attractions of the historic district.

Southern Wind welcomes you with a large private shady deck and outdoor dining area. Once inside the traditional architecture gives you an open floor plan with hardwood floors and large windows to bring in the tropical sun. Decorated with colors and styles of old Florida with splashes of the color that surrounds us in the tropical paradise.

On the first floor you will find a galley kitchen with marble counter tops and beautiful hard wood cabinetry. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home. The kitchen opens onto the dining area and living room. The living room is comfortably furnished with sofa, love seat and flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Also on the first floor is a full bath.

On the second floor are two spacious bedrooms with full bath in between. The bedrooms have comfy mattresses and each room has a flat screen TV. Relax around the sun soaked pool, stroll down the streets lined with shady banyan trees, and enjoy the vacation you deserve with a great spot to call home.

The Windward Park compound is a gated community and offers a large shared swimming pool and off street parking. Southern Wind will make your vacation experience one you will want to repeat year after year.
