The living and dining area open out to the large back wooden deck that is one of the best spots on the island to relax and soak up the sun in privacy, or grill your fresh catch and steaks.

Master bedroom has queen size bed; 2nd bedroom has 2 twins. Bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway between the two. Well-equipped kitchen makes any meal you prepare a breeze.

Add the benefit of the great downtown location walking to all the sights and attractions including: Fort Zachary Taylor State Park with one of the nicest beaches on our island; Duval Street with a plethora of restaurants, bars, galleries and tourist attractions; Sunset Celebration at Mallory Square.

Play all morning out around town, soak up the afternoon sun at the community pool, and back to Duval Street for the wild nightlife. This is truly the life!
