The apartment is at the second floor of a recently restored block. It is fully furnished and equipped with TV, washing machine, dishwasher and oven. The apartment was completely renovated in 2008 and ever since it has been occupied by the owner only for an average of one month a year. City centre with its attractions is at a walking distance (800mt, 10 min) and every year in July it hosts the International Film Festival, gathering movie stars from all over the world. The apartment is located in a quiet part of town and for those who enjoy good food and good beer, there are a few good restaurants and pubs nearby. The forest is just beside the house, to enjoy walking in the nature and, if you want to keep fit, you can easily move around with the bicycle. Finally, parking spaces are available for the guests at the back of the block.
