The only downside to the resort was that it wasnt very secure. Outsiders were sneaking in the resort to use the pool and hottub, and anyone could wander into the resort and access the hallways, etc, so it didnt feel as private and exclusive as I thought it would be. Despite that, i'd rate it very good in terms of the room and all of the great amenities. The property was amazing with a good restaurant and nice beach. It also sits on a nice paved running trail that goes 4 miles up the coast along the beach. I would definitely stay here again. We stayed in unit F301 which was on the 3rd floor ... highly recommended as I would not want to be on the 1st floor with people walking by my front door. The unit was quiet and beautifully updated with all the newest amenities. My only complaint would be that it needs a new couch and the tub did not have a tub stop. Other than that we loved it and Kauai Exclusive management was great to deal with.
