Wooden building, previously permanent home 1951, fully renovated 1998, living room/kitchen convertible sofa, bedroom 2 beds, washroom, sauna (elec. stove), hall, glazed porch. Lakeside sauna (20 m²), with mini-kitchen in dressing room, sauna has elec. light, elec. heating and cold water. Additionally by agreement, in summer separate outbuilding (8 m²), with 2 beds, elec. light and elec. heating. No fireplace in house, but soapstone baking oven and wood stove. Previously permanent home, now converted for holiday use. Many buildings in yard area. Steep slope down to lakeside sauna but there is also road to shore. Very peaceful holiday situation. Owner hires out snowmobile,separate outbuilding by arrangement.
