The House:
The 500 year old mill with a footprint of 14 hectares (144,000 sqm) is placed in the midst of forests, pastures and waters at the border of the nature preserve „Pfälzer Wald“.
Because of the shielded position, there is animal watching all year, including the kingfisher, which nests up to three times a year with us.
Directions:
Exit: Kaiserslautern-Ost, Mehlingen. Between Kaiserslautern and Eselsfürth Enkenbach-Alsenborn on the L 395.

* 5 minutes drive to the new Monte Mare leisure pool with the largest sauna area in Europe.

Additionally, we have two smaller lakes on our 14 hectare property, the Eselsbach creek and lanes and benches, which invite to you to sit and pause.
