Loved it! Dory W. from Wynyard, Saskatchewan recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2013 We absolutely loved this property! From the moment we arrived we felt completely at home. Very spacious and well laid out floor plan, and our 3 children couldn't get enough of the pool. I would highly recommend this property to anyone but especially to families with children or multiple families that would like to vacation together. The property management company was very acomadating and was there to answere any questions we had right away. All the shopping (safeway, walmart) was within a 10 min drive. Cindy was very helpful with all of our enquiries and concerns. The pool was well maintained and great for our family. It would have been helpful to have had more information on things like garbage and recycled materials collection. House in Kailua-Kona A guest from Oakridge, OR recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 Management switched houses on us last minute. Would have liked to had options. House is nice, but not what was expected. Missing a shade in one room, ripped shades in others. Dead battery in smoke detector so it beeped, but that was taken care of right away. Just forgot to put one back. Couple of bathrooms had leftover toothpaste in sinks & on handles. BBQ was very dirty. Had chicken skins left on. Invasion of Geckos-not just a few. Walls need washed because of all the Geckos. We were not notified ahead of time that maintenance people would be coming to the house. Would Not Rent Again Chris C. from Louisville, Kentucky does not recommend this property. Stayed for 14 days in November, 2011 Property was not close to water as we thought. Only way to beach is by car. Place was clean but kitchen cabinets were in very poor shape as doors stuck and the laminate was pulling away. We could live with the gekos but bugs were a real problem. The house holds heat well and even with all the fans on, the bedrooms, especially on the lower level would not cool down at night. The carpet is in poor shape and needs to be restretched throughout the house. The wireless does not work because even though there is a guest router, it needs a password that was never provided. The house is very close to all the neighboring houses. When they party, you don't sleep. There was no vacuum at the house which was supplied later by the property management cleaning team. There is no iron and ironing board. The washing machine and dryer need to be cleaned of sand. There was a garage door opener for only one side of the garage.
