Some maintenance is necessary; only one gas burner was working, some freshening up of the painting, particularly around electrical outlets. Closet doors were very stiff. However, these "minor" things did I not detract from what became a memorable family holiday. Would be happy to return. This was the second time staying at this house and it was just as perfect the second time as the first. We only has one issue with the alarm system and management went out of their way to fix the problem for us. The house has everything we could need. It was the perfect location, close to shopping and great snorkleing. The sunsets are so beautiful to watch everynight. We saw whales and dolphins almost everyday! Hoping we can stay here again next year! We have great family memories of our stay at Hale O'Lihi Kai. There was plenty of things to do right on the beach and it's not far from town and shopping. Spacious enough for 8 people to have their own space. Wonderful weather and breeze. Easy walk to town for average person, difficult for seniors.
