Our unit is nicely decorated and has been remodeled throughout. From the Lanai, which overlooks the Pool and Jacuzzi, you can watch cruise ships tender their passengers to the Kailua Pier, catch sight of migrating Whales, watch for Dolphins and Manta Rays, and oh yes, those Beautiful Sunsets. In the Master Bedroom you will find a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, mirrored closet doors and a connecting bathroom with a walk-in glass block shower and granite counter top. The Second Bedroom has Twin Beds, a ceiling fan and mirrored closet doors; and the Second Bathroom is equipped with a stall shower and has a granite counter top. In the Living Room is a Queen sized convertible sofa which when converted allows the unit to Sleep 6. You can also enjoy Cable TV, a DVD Player, Stereo and FREE WiFi.

Sea Village is a short distance from White Sands Beach and world class snorkeling at Kahalu'u Beach Park where you will also find Sea Turtles. Head South out of Kona and you will find yourself in Kona Coffee Country where you'll find free coffee samples galore. Visit Pu'uhonua o Honauna, also called The Place of Refuge, Volcanoes National Park, and if you go to Hilo don't miss Big Island Candies and their wonderful chocolate dipped shortbread. Championship Golf Courses are nearby. Visit Kona and enjoy world class Beaches, Snorkeling, Surfing, Parasailing, Dinner Cruises, Luaus, Kayaking, Diving and Deep Sea Fishing.

We Really liked the condo as far as the size and location are concerned. However we arrived in the evening on an extremely hot day with height humidity. The condo we quickly found does not have A/C so we were not immediately happy. We bought food for the trip but there were no cupboards available to put it in so I had to do some dish shuffling. Eventually we got almost used to no A/C and had a good time.We really liked the space and the layout and the view was really nice! We would definitely go again but during a "cooler" time of the year

This condo was great-- perfect location just south of downtown Kona (away from the noise), steps away from one of the best coffee shops on the island, wonderfully clean. Plenty of room with a nice, open floor plan and amazing view from the lanai. We used the cooler and beach mats every single day. My one tiny complaint is that there was no oil in the kitchen, although there were plenty of other useful basics. Overall a fantastic experience. Thank you!

Great views from the lanai of this comfortable, nicely equipped condo. Would definitely recommend this unit to those requiring two bedrooms/bathrooms. Kona Coast Vacations was very pleasant to work with and Kona Concierge was very helpful in arranging various activities and providing recommendations.

Agency Tries to Change Agreement at last Moment

The agency's employees were not professional in handling the rental agreement. The agency tried to change the check in time. When the error in check in time was pointed out to the agency's employee. Her first comment was "who do you have the agreeme with. When pointed out it was in the agreement with Kona she said "if you want to check in to a dirty unit, go ahead in check in at 3PM instead of the 4pm that was erroneously printed on the check in schedule."

Sorry you didn't understand, but you booked with another company and because the owners had issues with them they changed to Kona Coast Vacactions Property Management. We need to give our cleaning staff plenty of time to make sure your unit is clean and up to our standards, hence the 4:00 PM check in time. We did our best to make sure it was ready for your arrival at 3:00 and it was when you checked in early. All our documents have 4:00 check-in on them which you did receive.

Nice place, well equipped, nice location, quiet exept for the dogs and kids. We were lucky because we just had them the last couple days. Otherwise everything was really good.

The overall rental experience was good. There were minor things that could have been better. The units below are occupied by smokers, so make sure that you are not bothered by smoke drifting up to the lanai frequently.

Great place to stay in Kona

Had a wonderful time doing all the things we wanted from a convenient location. Drove to Cook's Monument to kayak and was able to snorkel with spinner dolpins. Did night dive with Manta Ray: magnificinet. Barbeques at the property were well maintained as well as the pool and change rooms. The staff were always very happy and friendly. Had a place next door to recyle. There were boogie boards in the room and beach towels to use. Great view of ocean and pool and grounds from the lani. Would gladly go back to this condo.The only thing we had to check was the lint trap in the dryer as someone had forgetten to clean it.

Had a great trip to Kona and The Sea Village was principally responsible. Great location that made it easy to walk into town for dinner and then stroll back again. Perfect too that well appointed coffee shop, The Green Flash, is on the premises. Great food and the best coffee on the island. My review wouldn't be complete if I didn't mention that the Kona Coast Property Management gave me a call on the night of the tsunami evacuation to make sure that I understood what to do and where to go. It was comforting to know they were looking out for me. When returning to Kona again, I would be delighted to stay at The Sea Village again.
