Ocean views greet you as you enter this two bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps six, second floor condo. Ocean views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed, bathroom and access to the lanai. The second bedroom has a queen bed as well. There is a sofa bed in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. Wi-Fi equipped for those that want to add some surfing of another kind. Great location in the complex being close to the pool and bbq area. Easy to explore the island from this complex. You are on famous Alii Drive, about a mile south of Kailua Kona. The property is set at the water's edge among lovely gardens and coastal palms. Our central location is perfect to watch the ocean sunsets, far enough away from noise and traffic, but a short walk to the center of town. Here, you'll have the opportunity to relax at the pool, have a BBQ, or sit on the rocks and watch the sun set over the blue Pacific. There is a 3 night minimum stay/10 during Christmas & Ironman season. This is a non-smoking condo. W-01

No internet network and when we called the office we got no help even though they told us they would call us back. If you don't need an internet connection, you will be very pleased with this condo. Loved the location and the friendly atmosphere of the complex Charlene A. from Whitehourse, Ukon recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in January, 2013 Perfect location -- only a mile from the heart of Captain Cook Area. Could almost feel the spray from the ocean crashing against the shore. It is a smaller complex which was nice as it seemed many folks seemed to know each other and gathered near the shore for happy hour every day at sunset. Our unit was older but in very good shape and had an excellent view of the ocean and the Captain Cook Bay. It had everything that we needed and was very cozy! It was fun to watch the cruise ship in the harbour - many passengers were out in smaller boats watching for whales close to the ship. Stayed for 10 days in November, 2012 Great pool area, very clean, Condo was good, nice view, didn't like the little ants everywhere. but they cleaned up pretty easily. Condo is in decent condidtion but there are a few repairs they could look into, like the dryer button and the light in the bathroom. All in all good place for the price. Everyone at the complex was very friendly. The pool and BBQ area were a definite plus. The unit could use new pots, pans, and skillets. Otherwise, it was perfect.
