Loactation was great for an easy walk to town. We used the barbque area every night and enjoyed meeting other guests. Our unit was beautifully decorated. The only con was the closeness of our bedroom to the busy and loud road. Ear plugs helped. Amazing views A guest from Palm Dessert, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 8 days in November, 2012 This well maintained condo has the million dollar view! Other complex owners were friendly, it was fairly quiet and it was a perfect location to explore the island in our rental car. Nearby snorkeling was top 10.Although our visit was in November, it was extremely hot in the (west facing) unit. Just be aware there is no air conditioning, although it does cool off late at night. Sea Village unit 2304 in Kailua Kona David N. from Mountain View, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2012 We were extremely happy with our vacation unit in Sea Village. The unit we stayed in was nicely appointed and had everything we could have asked for. We liked its location and spent a lot of time on the Lanai enjoying the fine view and wonderful weather. I have never rented a unit like this "blind" but I must say that my expectations were exceeded in every way. Thanks to the owners and to Kona Coast Vacations as well.
