This is one of the lovliest condos in the complex. The lanai is very private so you can enjoy whale and dolphin watching. You can also hear and see the waves crashing right in front of your lanai. There is a pillow top King bed in the master, Califronia King with pillow top in the 2nd bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. The second bedroom also has cable TV with a 26" TV. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2012 Totally it is a good condo with better location, front of ocean and well equipment. there is a delicious resturant 5 minutes drive from the condo, and gas station, shopping center are also there.But there is a severe problem, that is ants. It has some baby ants in this condo,especially in kitchen and balcony. We received no information about the property and there was no office on the property connected to what we were doing. There seemed to be a party there one night, but we didn't know if it was private or for all folks on property. Once in the unit, there was no information provided. Didn't know if we were free to use what was in the kitchen and linen closet or how to leave the unit - dump nonperishable food..? It would have been nice to have laundry detergent for the washer.
