We were impressed with the furnishings & care by others using this facility. Our view from the lanai was spectacular. Das Gästezimmer hatten wir nur zur Ablage genutzt. Als Kinderzimmer wäre es evtl. geeignet. Für zwei weitere Erwachsene eher nicht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet: Eiswürfelbereiter, Toaster, jede Menge Töpfe und Geschirr. Essig, Öl, Gewürze usw. vorhanden. Auch Seife und Waschmittel. Waschmaschine, Trockner. Wir konnten vom Balkon aus Wale und Delphine beobachten. Zwischen Haus und Meer gibt es Gasgrills zur freien Benutzung, die am nächsten Morgen vom Hausmeister wieder gereinigt werden. Parken kann man im Erdgeschoss direkt unter dem Appartement. Von der Rezeption einen Zettel holen und ins Auto legen, damit das Sicherheitspersonal Bescheid weiß. Great location oceanfront location. A guest from Abbotsford, B.C. recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in February, 2013 It was a great location especially if you were oceanfront. We saw sea turtles, spinner dolphins and whales from our lani. A very short walk to the lava rocks on the beach and you could see fish and the sea turtles up close. We didn't use the pool or hot tub which was available. Our unit was neat and clean with lots of kitchen utensils. The only negative was the second bedroom was quite noisy as it faced the walkway. There were a two minor maintenace issues which we reported to the property management people in Kona. They are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at the Kona Bali Kau again if I every go back to the Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. Stayed for 9 days in January, 2013 This location was our last resort due to the fact that the other house we reserved was flooded and they canceled our reservation. But everything worked out for the best because we ended up with this condo. Which was awesome and no regrets what so ever. I would stay here in this condo 217 again in a heart beat. We have stayed at this condo for many years and the only disappointing thing about it is that we never can seem to have enough time there. Great and Relaxing Vacation Reviewed by: Sharon A. recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in May, 2011 We stayed in unit 217 in the Kona Bali Kai in Kona, Hawaii. There are not enough words to say how wonderful it was. It was like a home away from home only better because of the ocean waves lulling you to sleep each night and the tropical breezes. The unit had everything you would need and more. It was really enjoyable to be able to barbaque and eat on the lanai watching the surfers and the sunset. You always had a front row seat from your lanai to watch the beautiful sunsets of Hawaii. We are definetly recommending this unit to our family and friends and look forward to going back next year.
