This unit will provide you with a calm and relaxing Hawaiian vacation. It's on the 5th Floor (top floor) and is quiet. The Master Bedroom is quite large with it's own Lanai. This room has two ceiling fans and an extremely comfortable King-sized bed and leaving the Lanai door open will provide you with one of the best nights sleep you've ever had. A plus is that you will wake up to a serenade of tropical birds. There is a TV in the Master Bedroom for your enjoyment. The Master Bathroom has been recently remodeled to replace the tub with a beautiful large glass block walk-in shower. The Second Bathroom is a full bath with a combination shower/tub. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including a rice cooker and a coffee grinder, just in case you want to get started right away on that Kona Coffee. The furniture in the living room is new and with two more ceiling fans and an air conditioner, you can be comfortable no matter how warm it gets. The Lanais off of the Living Room and the Master Bedroom will provide you with a view of the Mountains as well as a small view of the Kailua Kona Bay. You can also enjoy Cable TV, a DVD player, Stereo and Internet.Kona International Airport is 9 miles away, about a 20 minute drive. A leisurely walk away is Downtown Kona where you can enjoy the Sunset from several good Restaurants - our favorite is The Royal Kona Resort across Alii Drive from the complex. Also in Downtown Kona is the Farmers Market, where every Wednesday through Sunday you can purchase pineapples, mangos, papaya, avocados, tropical flowers and so much more.Kona Pacific is a short distance from White Sands Beach and world class snorkeling at Kahalu'u Beach Park where you will also find Sea Turtles. Head South out of Kona and you will find yourself in Kona Coffee country where you'll find free coffee samples galore. Visit Pu'uhonua o Honauna, also called The Place of Refuge, Volcanoes National Park, and if you go to Hilo don't miss Big Island Candies and their wonderful chocolate dipped shortbread. Championship Golf Courses are nearby. Visit Kona and enjoy world class Beaches, Snorkeling, Parasailing, Dinner Cruises, Luaus, Kayaking, Diving and Deep Sea Fishing.3 night minimum stay/10 during Ironman & Christmas season. W-01

We had a rough start due to wrong address for the condo,and wrong keycode for key lock box.I called phone number for assist with no call back for at least an hour. My husband tried different key code combinations with one finally working to get the key .The person called back was in Colorado and he could not give us the correct key code. Another person called back 2-3 hours later confirming correct keycode my husband figured out. The dryer lint collector has a hole in it. A blender would be nice.I would stay there again.Checking informantion before I left home . Stayed for 13 days in April, 2013 We truely found the property to be a home away from home,from the time we arrived until the time we left. We had our own under ground parking stall for our rental,a shopping cart at the elevator doors to cart all our stuff(saved many steps). The room was very clean and well appointed,it had everything we needed.The Kingsize bed was comfortable and there were no shortages of ceiling fans to keep you cool at night.The rooms had A/C but we never turned them on. We loved the walkin shower,nice touch,and that there were 2 complete bathrooms. The pool area was very quiet and very well thought out I thought.We never stayed there during the day as there was alot to do and see around the island. When we returned from our daily activities there were 3 barbeques for your conveniance and a pool to dive into to cool down at night or you are within walking distance to the many restaraunts on the main strip. I could go on and on, but we had a great vacation in Hawaii and the condo we rented was fabulous and when we return we will stay at the Kona Pacific. March 21- April 03 stay A guest from Spruce Grove, AB recommends this property. Stayed for 12 days in March, 2013 Everything was very good ; we just found a few things needed replacing as they were broken or in bad shape. A beach chair was broken and inusable, the collapsable cooler is torn, very worn out and doesn't zip very easily. The batteries in the AC remote were corroding and not working well. The toilet in the spare washroom ran constantly when flushed. These are things that need attention but didn't effect the time we had, which was great. We enjoyed the pool and BBQ a lot.
