Very clean and comfortable.Everything and more that we could use/need was there and available including beach towels, ice chest and a bogie board! The condo is an easy walk to town where we found the Farmer's Market for fresh produce.In all 4 couples stayed 9 days, each in our own condo, and had the vacation of a lifetime. Michelle Niccum, the concierge for Kona Coast, took very good care of us and Kona Coast Vacations staff are very professional and accomodating. A very good experience indeed!
