Our small (12 unit) complex caters to those who would like to enjoy serenity, a sparkling clean pool to swim in, beach side BBQ?s using BBQs, awesome sunsets and yet close to the heart of the Kona vacation experience. A short 3 mile walk or drive south of Kailua-Kona. Our particular condo overlooks the ocean and pool. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in our living room. Conveniently located 12 minutes from the airport and two minutes from the town center on the well-known Ali Drive. For the ultimate in relaxation: Right on your own private lanai, from sunrise to sunset, the views and sounds of the crashing surf are unforgettable. Have your morning (Kona) coffee watching outrigger canoe paddling teams, humpback whales breaching, and spinner dolphins frolicking in the surf. Numerous shops, restaurants, and cinemas for you to explore. 3 night minimum stay/10 night minimum stay during Ironman & Christmas season. This is a non-smoking unit. W-01

Stayed for 9 days in March, 2013 We arrived at the condo after dark and could hear the wave hitting the shoreline but could not see the view that was in store for us. When I woke at 6:30 am, I opened the curtains to the most spectacular ocean view that I had ever seen! I immediately took a couple of pictures on my tablet and emailed them to some friends and relatives.( eat your heart out ! )The condo is an older building but fairly well maintained. Unit 203 is a top floor corner suite with a lots of light. The bed was comfortable and the furniture a bit dated but for the price, it met or exceeded our expectations. We made use of the beach chairs, beach towels and mini coolers that were provided. If I return to Kona, I will definitely check to see if this suite is available! Stayed for 15 days in February, 2011 This is an older complex and could use a bit of a face lift, and it appears they are working on it. However, the pool was in great shape and it appeared that new railings had been installed throughout. The unit (203) had everything we needed and the owners went out of their way to accommodate us, which we really appreciated. (I needed wifi in order to access my work and they had it installed just in time for our arrival!) The unit was very clean, but a little worn....though that didn't matter to us at all. The lanai (and living room) had fabulous views of the ocean and pool. We loved staying here and will be back! Great location, but needs work A guest from Winston Salem, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 26 days in November, 2010 We have stayed here for 20 years, and little has been updated. We had to duct-tape the screens because of the gaps that let in bugs and buy ice because the icemaker didn't work. The bedroom has no curtains opposite a huge mirror that shows the entire room to anyone passing by. We always have to hang a sheet over the windows because they must remain open for air. The manager, Jim, is a jewel -- he is always so helpful. We are used to the quirks, but we are always hopeful that next time, the place will be updated. The complex was good, but our unit was a bit tired. It needs some repairs and upgrading. We were fine with it, but would hesitate to recommend it to someone else.
