We're pleased to see that they're trying to keep making improvements and updates. This unit # 135 is not ADA accessible. The doorways to the restroom are not wide enough for wheelchair access and there are no no grab bars in the shower area. We would have appreciated the ability to play DVDs . Convenience to the BBQ and cabana area are high points to this unit. Well be back, but probably to another unit, since I am partially disabled. But when we opened the door to #135 we were surprised to find a nicely remodled suite! Beautiful lanai with well maintaned courtyard!I'm glad we stayed on the bottom floor! We could walk directly out to gazebo, pools, BBQ area and beach!! We were traveling with some family members and they stayed on 3rd floor. They were very unhappy because of the walk to get in and out of their suite! Lots of stairs!! I would definetly recomend this suite to anyone! infact we would stay there again in the future! The common areas and grounds in general are kept up very well, wonderful views and sounds of the ocean. On the need to improve Bill B. from Belmont, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in April, 2011 Condo was nice but could use a good cleaning. Seems like it has not had a through cleaning in a long time. No toilet paper left to replace the partial roll in the bathroom, no tissues available, light bulbls outs in the bathroom and bedroom. Towels had a mildew smell, had to wash them all before using. Carpet, floors and rug into the bathroom needed cleaning. When I stepped on a hyperdermic needle which was on the bedroom floor reinforced that I was sure the floors had not been cleaned well. Luckly I was not punctured. A little effort can make this place picture perfect like the pictures make it look. Stayed for 19 days in January, 2011 The condo was very cozy and comfortable and proximity to the beach couldn't have been better; had a wonderful stay there. When I neglected to reply to an email asking if I would like to place a hold on the condo for next year, because we needed to sit down to discuss dates, etc., when we did reply with dates for 3 years running, we were informed the condo had been rented in the 5 days it took us to respond. A courtesy call asking if we would like to book the condo for 2012 would have clarified that we in fact wanted it for 3 years running, and we wouldn't have been placed in the position of having to find a condo elsewhere. An unfortunate misunderstanding. Other than that, management went above and beyond the call to make our stay comfortable.
