The location and arrival information was excellent particularly when we arrived late at night from the airport. The grounds and pool area are just beautiful. Maintenance personnel seem to be on their toes and available. The unit itself is well equipped with pretty well everything we needed for our stay. Everything worked. We were on the ground floor and had our own vehicle parking slot handy to our unit which was very handy. The unit has a few years under its belt and needs some upgrading and decorating. We had avery nice stay and the unit was very well kept. It was nice to have some extra stuff available to use . Quiet, well maintained, good spot to base an active vacation from Reviewed by: Ted G. recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in November, 2012 A great location if your vacationing in the Kona area and do a lot of traveling from there. The unit is clean, the neighbors are quiet and respectful. You will feel safe during the day and night. This unit was recently updated. All appliances are newer and plenty of cookware if you plan on cooking on-site. Has a nice pool. No Air Conditioning - very sad - nice unit however A guest from Edmonton, AB recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in January, 2011 The manager very promptly purchased a bed memory foam due to an unusually hard impossible to sleep on Bed. POORLY DONE REMODEL Dale P. from Kailua Kona, HI does not recommend this property. Stayed for 15 days in November, 2010 Chose this unit because it was recently upgraded. Unfortunately the furniture was old the TV is a small CRT, no WIFI, no garbage disposal, the dishwasher is installed incorrectly and should not be used. The bed is the worst I've slept on and very hard. The condo just before this had the best bed so there is no reason for this in a recently upgraded unit.
