Discounts for week long stays.
There are taxes of 13.962% and there is a $300 departure cleaning fee. There is also a refundable Damage deposit of $500. You can get additional cleanings for $150 per cleaning. Reservation Deposit of 30% is due upon booking and is non-refundable. The remainder is due 60 days before your arrival and is also non-refundable.

Reservations are non-refundable unless I am able to rebook your dates, then I will refund what I am able to recieve only if all dates are booked. I recommend travel insurance.
